Coach Deni Sobieck joined the Atlantic Valley Volleyball program in 2010.  She began her coaching career as a volunteer assistant at her alma mater, Wayne Valley High School in 2005 which she still continues participate in.  She has been a part of many county championships and numerous state championship appearances.  Deni's first club coaching debut was with Cut Shot Volleyball Club in 2005 and has been head coaching since 2006.  All National teams have placed in the top 8.

Deni started her career playing club volleyball nationally and then playing DIII at William Paterson University as a setter.  She continued to graduate with a major in marketing and then returned to receive a minor in math as well as teacher certification K-8.  She is currently a Co-Manager for Express in Short Hills Mall.
