Coach Greg Chiang has been with Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club since its merger in 2004-2005. He is currently the Club Director, Recruiting Director, and Board Member. Coach Chiang also serves as one of AVVC Coach Mentors. In his tenure at AVVC, he has been the head coach for the 15-2 West Team, 15-1 National Team, 17-2 Regional Team, 16-1 National Team, five consecutive seasons of coaching the 17-1 National Team, 18-1 National Team, and is coaching the 17-1 National Team again this season . His 17-2 Regional Team finished 6th in GEVA, a high for any AVVC Regional Team in the open division of GEVA. Coach Chiang's National teams have finished 5th or better every season in GEVA rankings. He has also successfully qualified 5 of his Atlantic Valley Teams to USAV Junior Nationals: his 2005-2006 15-1 National Team; his 2008-2009 17-1 National Team; his 2011-2012 17-1 National Team; his 2013-2014 17-1 National Team; and his 2015-2016 18-1 National Team. His 2011-2012 17-1 National Team and 2014-2015 17-1 National team also successfully played at AAU Nationals.  Of his players coached, he has had 25 players go on to play Division I volleyball, 9 to Division II schools, as well as numerous others playing Division III volleyball.  Coach Chiang has also served as an Assistant Coach for Rider University (DI) Women's Volleyball Team for 5 years and currently is an Assistant Coach for Lafayette College (DI) Women's Volleyball Team.

Dr. Greg Chiang, PT, DPT, is the CEO of Sports Performance Physical Therapy, LLC at The Express Athletic Center in Edison, NJ.  He specializes in Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy focused on manual therapy for orthopedic injuries, general sprains & strains, back/neck/extremity pain, and sports rehabilitation.  He has worked with numerous athletes ranging from elementary school, middle school, high school, college, and professional athletes.
