PLAYER OF THE YEAR: For a program still building itself, Grace Kenningham led Marlboro to one of its best seasons in school history.

Behind Kenningham, Marlboro reached the Shore Conference Tournament final, where it fell to St. John Vianney, No. 19 in the NJ.com Top 20, in October. Kenningham finished with 276 kills as she propelled a Marlboro team that was one set victory away from winning the Shore Conference Tournament.

As the matches became more important, Kenningham's play improved. In the Shore Conference Tournament, she posted a season-high 23 kills in a win over Red Bank Catholic. In the SCT final against SJV, she tallied 22 kills.

Kenningham, a junior, finished with at least 10 kills in 15 matches this season.
