Throughout her career,Megan Mondon has developed into one of New Jersey's cleanest and most efficient setters.

As a senior this fall, Mondon took her game to the next level as she helped Westfield win the Union County Tournament and reach the quarterfinal round of the Group 4 state tournament.

Mondon finished with 546 assists, 227 digs, and 166 service points in 2014.

In one of her top performances on the season, Mondon led Westfield to a sweep over Union Catholic in the Union County Tournament final as she tallied 26 assists and constantly confused Union Catholic's blockers.

"One official told me, 'She's so clean, that when she's off, it's really noticeable,'" Westfield coach Beverly Torok said of Mondon at the Lancer Invitational on Sept. 20.

Mondon finished with at least 21 assists in 12 matches this season. In Westfield's first round win over Washington Township in the state tournament, she tallied 40 assists and 26 digs. In a regular season win against Watchung Hills on Oct. 8, she registered 38 assists and 20 digs.
