PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Gabriella Savite fits in well at West Morris.

In a long line of strong players that have contributed to one of the richest volleyball legacies in New Jersey, Savite played her part this season as she saved her best performances for West Morris' biggest matches and helped her team to its 12th Morris County Tournament title in school history.

Savite capped off her illustrious career with 223 kills, 217 digs, and 164 service points as West Morris, No. 12 in the NJ.com Top 20, finished with 23 wins.

Savite, who eclipsed the 700-kill mark for her career, stepped up in the big spot for West Morris. In the Morris County Tournament final against Mendham, Savite posted 13 kills to lead West Morris to the win. She tallied 13 kills on three separate occasions this season.
