Mandatory Player Parent Coaches Meeting Next Week!

Our teams are secure and we will have our mandatory player parent meeting next Monday and Tuesday evening at Watchung Hills 7-9pm North Cafeteria.  Check below to see what day your team is meeting.

Meeting dates/times/location: 7-9pm Watchung Hills North Cafeteria

Monday 11/17/14: Leapfrog, 13 Red, 13 White, 14 Red, 15 Red, 18 Red

Tuesday 11/18/14: 14 White, 16 Red, 16 White, 17 Red, 17 White

The meeting will last 1.5-2 hours with the following agenda:

1. Kickoff of the 2014-2015 AVVC season

2. Distribution of tentative tournament schedule, practice schedule, fee schedule.

3. Collection of first payment of $500 for all teams (Leapfrog $200 for Session I)

4. Review and signing of Player Attendance Contract and Player/Parent Code of Conduct Forms

5. Meet and Greet with Players, Parents, Coaching Staff, Coach Mentors, Technical Directors.

6. Uniform Fittings

7. Chaperone Meeting

8. Spirit Wear Sales
